Offshore safety training equips personnel to survive and operate safely on oil rigs, vessels and offshore installations — and Al-Khobraa is an accredited provider of marine and offshore safety and operations training across Saudi Arabia. Our 43+ marine and offshore courses cover BOSIET, HUET, sea survival, dynamic positioning, marine operations and STCW-aligned safety, delivered in Jeddah, the Eastern Province and Riyadh by experienced practitioners. Every program is bilingual (Arabic and English) and aligned with Vision 2030 and international maritime standards.
