Al-Khobraa is a Saudi-registered professional training provider based in Riyadh. We exist to raise the capability of the Kingdom's workforce through training, assessment and certification that map to real operational outcomes — not generic curricula imported from elsewhere.
Our Saudi commercial registration is more than a formality: it qualifies us to contract directly with government and semi-government entities, to comply with Kingdom procurement regulations, and to be added to approved vendor lists with the documentation those processes require. Across our full portfolio we deliver Kingdom-wide, drawing on a network of more than 5,000 expert trainers.

Companies employing Saudi nationals can claim training support through the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF / Hadaf). Our team coordinates the paperwork with your HR department.

Submit the request through the official portal using your company's CR number.
Train with Al-Khobraa
Deliver the program publicly, in-house or virtually — we supply attendance and completion records.
Submit the claim
We provide the documentation your HR team needs to complete the reimbursement claim.
