2. What this notice covers
This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to al-khobraa.training and to the forms, chat assistant and messaging links on it. It does not cover the separate agreements that govern a training engagement once one is signed.
We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
3. What we collect, and when
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect anything from you simply for reading the site. Personal data reaches us in four ways:
- Forms you submit. Depending on the form, this can include your name, job title, work email, phone number, organization, city, the course or discipline you are asking about, group size, preferred language and dates, and anything you write in a free-text field.
- The chat assistant. Whatever you type into it, plus any name or contact details you choose to give it.
- Search terms. What you type into the course finder is logged without any identifier attached to it — the term, the number of results, the page you searched from, and the interface language. We use it to see what people look for and cannot find.
- Aggregate site analytics. Page views and page-speed measurements, reported in aggregate. These do not identify you.
4. Why we use it
Our legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before one, our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent — for example marketing email you asked to receive — you can withdraw it at any time.
- To answer your inquiry, quote a course or a private program, and arrange a call or a proposal.
- To administer a registration you make, and to issue the related documents.
- To improve the catalog and the site — which courses to schedule, which cities to run them in, and what visitors search for and do not find.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations in Saudi Arabia.
6. Transfers outside the Kingdom
Several of the providers above operate outside Saudi Arabia, so some personal data is processed abroad. The clearest case is the chat assistant: what you type into it is stored on servers outside the Kingdom and deleted within 90 days. Please do not enter payment card numbers, national ID numbers or other sensitive details into the chat — use a form, email or phone for anything of that kind.
7. What is stored in your browser
The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It does keep a small amount of data in your own browser, which never leaves your device except where noted:
- An unsent form draft, kept for the tab you are working in and cleared when you close it, so a reload does not lose what you typed.
- A random visitor identifier used by the chat assistant to tell one returning person from a new one. It contains nothing personal, and clearing your browser storage resets it.
8. How long we keep it
Inquiries and the correspondence around them are kept while the opportunity is live and afterward for as long as we may need them for accounting, tax and regulatory purposes under Saudi law. Chat transcripts are deleted within 90 days by the provider. Search terms carry no identifier and are kept in aggregate. If you ask us to delete your data and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, give you a copy of it, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You may also object to a particular use, and withdraw a consent you gave. Write to us and we will respond within the period the regulations allow.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may raise it with the competent supervisory authority in Saudi Arabia.
