Al-Khobraa certified. يحصل المشاركون عند الإتمام على شهادة إنجاز صادرة من الخبراء للتدريب.
تغطي الحقيبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وإدارة الأداء، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتنفيذه، وبرامج الماجستير المصغّر (Mini MBA)، ومهارات الإشراف والإدارة المباشرة، وقيادة التغيير، واتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات، والتواصل التنفيذي. وتُقدَّم الجلسات بأسلوب ورش العمل انطلاقًا من تحديات المشاركين في منشآتهم.

يحصل المشاركون عند إتمام الدورة على شهادة إتمام صادرة من الخبراء للتدريب، وهي جهة تدريب مسجّلة في المملكة العربية السعودية. كما تقدّم الخبراء برامج معتمدة دوليًا، وعندما تحمل الدورة اعتماد جهة مانحة خارجية مثل PMI أو CIPS أو ILM أو IOSH يُذكر اسم الجهة في صفحة الدورة نفسها.
