Overview
This course is a 40-hour training program designed specifically for the practical operation of Cargo Handling in three different types of tankers: Oil, Chemical, and LPG carriers. These training courses will give review of the principles regarding the safe operation of the said tankers and simulation exercises of one full cycle for all types of tankers using liquid cargo handling simulator.
Learning Objectives
To enhance the skills and knowledge of both management and operation level officers and even ratings, in the safe operation of oil, chemical, and LPG tankers, through extensive practical training and assessment of skill and competencies. This training course covers the advanced technical Load Mastering aspects; operations, practical and commercial considerations in Liquid and Gas LoadMaster Operations. This includes the transportation, terminal operations, Liquid, and Gas Fiscal metering, Product Quality Assurance, Ship to Facility and Terminal interface and operations, Petrochemical tanker loading and discharge procedures, product quality custody transfer measurement, LNG metering parameters, techniques and calculations.
