The objectives of this program are to provide participants with an awareness and working knowledge of the key elements of Six Sigma at least to the level of what is usually referred to as "Green Belt" training.
This will be supplemented with additional knowledge, to enable participants to return to their organizations and be able to implement Six Sigma improvement projects in their areas, as well as contribute to the development of overall strategies for implementing Six Sigma across their organisations.
